The Role

Engaging with clients and gaining a deep understanding of their problem, needs, goals, and priorities as well as their technical environment with available data and architecture.
Architecting and developing data-centric and GenAI-focused applications.
Ensuring best practices with MLOps or LLMOps in testing, monitoring, etc.
Creating high performance data processing pipelines and data lakes as needed.
Managing client expectations and project timelines to ensure alignment.
Clearly communicating any tradeoffs and risks while intelligently addressing any client questions.
Staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies.

Requirements

Strong experience as a software engineer working across different industries.
Familiarity with one or more of major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure), including commonly used data-specific services such as BigQuery, SageMaker, etc.
Strong experience with LLM services (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) as well as deploying and managing open-source options such as Llama-based models.
Proven experience building common AI-powered experiences in information extraction, chatbots, document construction, data normalization, search, etc.
