Job Summary:

Lazer is seeking a Growth and Partnerships Lead for our AI / ML group. This individual would spearhead our initiatives in Generative AI and Traditional AI to generate new partnerships with AI platform products, AI Venture Capitalists, and Startup Founders. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in AI product management, and growth and partnerships, with a profound understanding of AI applications across various industries. This individual will be able advise early stage founders building AI products, share AI product insights with Venture Capitalists, and work with product partners across the AI product stack.

Responsibilities:

1. Stay abreast of the latest Generative AI and Traditional AI trends and technologies, and integrate them into Lazer's offerings.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key AI stakeholders, including technology partners, founders, clients, and venture capital firms.
3. Identify and pursue AI-focused startup collaborations and strategic partnerships.
4. Represent Lazer in AI-focused conferences and networking events to establish Lazer as a leader in the AI space.
5. Guide startups and clients on leveraging AI technologies to enhance their products and services.
6. Foster an environment of continuous learning and innovation within the AI team at Lazer.
